My guess is should be chosen by the respective OKT of each house, and not random

Reason is some house the quality of girls always quite good (tall, slim, pretty etc) and some usually quite mediocre

So depends on the OKT's agent in China- his network and connections etc

Just guessing. Wonder any experts can shed some light here

Based on my conversations with several WLs, some OKTs use agents while others get their new stocks from existing or retired WLs. From what I’ve been told, the introducer WL either gets S$2-4K for introducing a new girl to the OKT or maybe even S$10 per S200-customer received by the new girls, depending on the house.
