I am new here too. Keep seeing this kind of threads but i don't think this kind thread is helping. As a newbie think better to search your own. You need to do sth to get recommendations from the seniors here. Senior only filter and provide ctc of the gals that you are interested, not give recommendation.

That's my opinions.
